Nicole is an experienced innovator and business leader with over 20 years of CPG and consulting experience. Nicole leads front-end innovation and growth strategy for the J.M. Previously, Nicole led teams across innovation, marketing and sales at Del Monte Foods and  Big Heart Pet Brands, and was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Nicole has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College
